Online Tools

This is a post dedicated to sharing a few of my favorite online tools.

Online Word Processing

www.writely.com – It’s backed by Google. Wirtely is a great word processor for keeping all your word files online so you can edit anyway (or whenever you get an inspiration). Personally, I’m writing my statement of purpose for applying to MIT. And having the worst writer’s block, my words come and go. Having it online means I can work on it whenever the words come…

www.writeboard.com – Developed by 37signals, which specializes in creating online collaboration software. Writeboard is good for sharing a simple document without any extra fancy functionalities.

Online Blogging

www.wordpress.com – This is my personal fav in terms on online blogging tools. It’s free, easy to use, and comes with template styles that is oh-so-compatible with my own personal style.

www.typepad.com – Loads of bloggers use this service, but you’ll have to pay for it.

pages.google.com – Free WYSIWGY page creator for blogging and publishing your own webpages online.
