Tracking Your MPG

I’ve been playing around with creating an online tool to keep a track of my car’s MPG, and then eventually turning it into a full blown webapp for anyone. Apparently I’m too late..

    Mo,

You can do better than that site… just add some hardware hacking skills and mix well. You can modify an OBD-II reader/logger to read the raw data (maybe add a usb/bluetooth + flash drive and stick on a keychain?), then use python to pull the data into your site… if you can make the hardware cheap enough you can sell it on the site too.
